3. Shipping and Customs (DDP Terms)
- Our Responsibility: For orders shipped to supported regions (USA, Canada, UK, EU, UAE, Saudi Arabia), we provide Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service. This means we handle customs clearance and pay all import duties/taxes.
- Customer Cooperation: While we handle the paperwork, the customer may occasionally be required to provide basic contact confirmation to local couriers to facilitate delivery.
4. B2B and Custom Branding
- Orders: Custom-branded orders (with your own Logo) are subject to a separate production contract.
- Intellectual Property: When providing a logo for customization, you represent that you own the rights to said imagery. InfuCup is not liable for any trademark infringements arising from customer-provided artwork.
5. User Comments and Feedback
