Refund and Returns Policy

At InfuCup, we take great pride in the 95-point craftsmanship of our premium tea cups. Because our products are classified as consumable food items, we have established the following policy to ensure hygiene and safety for all our customers.


1. Returns of Unopened Items

We accept returns for unopened and factory-sealed boxes within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the outer plastic seal of the InfuCup box must be intact and the product must be in its original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for any boxes that have been opened or tampered with for health and safety reasons.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., crushed boxes affecting the cups) or if you encounter a quality issue with the tea or the #BottomUp filter, we will make it right.

  • Please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

4. B2B & Custom Orders

For bulk wholesale orders or custom-branded (Gold-foiled) orders:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom-branded products unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error that deviates from the approved proof.
  • We recommend ordering a Sample Kit before placing a large-scale custom order to ensure complete satisfaction with the matte finish and tea quality.

5. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase before the item is processed for shipping. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order can no longer be canceled.

6. International Shipping Risks

For international orders (outside of China/primary hub):

  • InfuCup is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
  • Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
